The Economic Justice Initiative is growing. We are currently hiring for three Texas-based positions. All three roles are grant-funded through September 2027, include a comprehensive benefits package, and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until filled.
A program role combining legal expertise with supervision — coordinating EJI's core program functions and leading external legal engagement, from pro bono and private attorney partnerships to extending legal services into rural Texas and legal deserts.
Help EJI tell the story of its work — leading external communications and impact materials, managing research contractor relationships, and coordinating the research and evaluation behind the findings EJI shares with the field.
Dedicated programmatic support for EJI's expanding implementation work — supporting the growing network of community-based Community Justice Workers, pilot project execution, and partner organization capacity across Texas.
